I am honored to write this letter in strong support of Dr. Jasmine Robinson. I have had the privilege of knowing and working closely with Dr. Robinson for the past two and a half years, and during that time, she has fundamentally reshaped the way I think about membership, leadership, and service.
I entered this work with a deep passion for serving others, and it was truly a blessing to find a leader who leads with the same level of compassion, intention, and care. Serving under Dr. Robinson’s leadership on the Northeastern Region Membership Committee has been both empowering and inspiring. She consistently provides her committee members with the autonomy to lead, while also guiding us to think strategically about the long-term development and success of our new members.
Under her leadership, we collaboratively developed impactful tools that have strengthened membership across the region, including the Six Part - New Member Onboarding Workshop, the Anti-Basileus Handbook, and the Anti-Basileus Mentor–Mentee Relationship. These initiatives are not only innovative but deeply rooted in sustainability, support, and intentional leadership development.
As the NER Membership Chair, I have witnessed firsthand the genuine love and compassion Dr. Robinson shows toward our sorors, as well as the measurable impact she has made in preparing and developing new members. Her work is thoughtful, responsive, and always centered on what is best for the membership body as a whole.
In her role as NER Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator, Dr. Robinson will bring an exceptional breadth of knowledge gained through her ongoing collaboration with Madam Syntaktes and Madam UCC. Her learning curve will be virtually nonexistent, as she is already doing the work, engaging chapters, addressing concerns of the membership body, and implementing solutions that strengthen our membership infrastructure.
When Dr. Robinson shared that she was running for Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator, I took time to reflect on the impact she has already made with our graduate sorors. Seeing how she listens, advocates, and implements meaningful change on their behalf made me genuinely excited to witness the transformational impact she will have on our undergraduate sorors.
As a past chapter advisor and current First Anti-Basileus, I offer my full and enthusiastic endorsement of Dr. Jasmine Robinson. I am confident that under her leadership, our undergraduate members will experience a new level of growth and development, preparing them to become even stronger contributors to our graduate membership delegation.
I am truly excited for the future of the Notable Northeastern Region.
Respectfully,
Allean “Ally” Davis
