Greetings Sorors of the Notable Northeastern Region,
I am honored and excited to offer my wholehearted endorsement of Jasmine for the role of Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator. I met Jasmine seven years ago, and over time she has become much more than a soror — she has truly become a sister, friend, and confidant. I had the privilege of coming into this great sisterhood under her leadership as Anti-Basileus, and that experience has had a lasting impact on my personal and sorority journey.
Jasmine has truly shaped my growth within Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. I experienced tremendous development under her guidance, leadership, and unwavering support. She leads with intention, patience, and care, always ensuring that those she serves feel empowered, prepared, and confident. Her ability to pour into others while holding them to a standard of excellence is a true reflection of her deep love for sisterhood and service.
I am truly excited to endorse Jasmine for the role of Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator because she embodies what undergraduates need in a leader. Jasmine displays the heart of a true sister, friend, and confidant, and that warmth is felt by everyone she connects with. Her passion for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and for uplifting and elevating our organization shines through in all that she does not just in words, but through consistent and intentional action.
Her work as the Northeastern Region Membership Chair has been nothing short of outstanding. I am honored to serve alongside her as a committee member and have witnessed firsthand her strategic vision and commitment to member development. Jasmine has implemented several impactful initiatives for the region, including structured onboarding for new members, a Reactivation Webinar, and a workshop focused on the Undergraduate to Graduate Membership Transition. These initiatives have strengthened engagement, increased connection, and provided members with the tools they need to thrive at every stage of sisterhood.
Jasmine will be a great leader for undergraduates because she genuinely cares. She has a natural ability to meet people where they are, listen with intention, and offer guidance without judgment. She creates safe and supportive spaces where undergraduates feel seen, heard, and encouraged to step into leadership with confidence and purpose.
What truly sets Jasmine apart is her ability to balance compassion with accountability. She supports wholeheartedly while also challenging sorors to grow, lead boldly, and represent Sigma Gamma Rho with pride. Her consistency, authenticity, and genuine love for sisterhood foster an environment where undergraduates can thrive both personally and within the organization.
I am confident that Jasmine will serve with excellence, build meaningful and lasting relationships, and leave a powerful, positive impact on our undergraduate members and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. as a whole.
